Some changes are as simple as investing in some Adirondack chairs, hanging a few flower baskets, a cheery welcome sign or even just a fresh stain on a front porch. However, some also go to further extremes, such as major porch renovations, putting in entire front-facing patios, or overhauling landscaping to provide natural gathering areas. Investing in larger front yard face lift projects can also result in an increase in the value of your home!
