Mary Handeland is a consummate professional and fully understands that looking for and buying a home is personal and at times complicated. As our buyer's agent we appreciated that Mary fully listened to what we were looking for and skillfully identified amazing listings that reflected our stated desires. When we had questions about the property listing or an associated feature, she comprehensively researched and educated us with the appropriate information. Many times, she was one step ahead and prepared with information for us in advance. We were looking during a competitive time and put offers in on a few listings. Each time Mary knowledgeably, strategically, and patiently guided us through the contractual options and obligations. To be noted, during the final negotiation process of the home we purchased, Mary's comprehensive knowledge of Wisconsin real-estate helped us secure this home. Last but not least, Mary is a lovely, kind-spirited person with a great sense of humor. We shared many laughs and we genuinely enjoyed working with her and getting to know her.

Mary did a great job, always explaining Or answering questions about paper work before we had to sign. She was available by phone ASAP. When it came time to show the home Mary always informed us so we could inform tenants ahead of time. If it was not convenient Mary graciously changed the showing time. Mary also kept us up to date in offers along with progress in their financing. The sale went quickly and we received multiple offers so Mary helped explain the advantages or disadvantages of each one. Thank you Mary for walking us through the sale process with grace and humor.
